Cancellation Policy

90 days before the check-in date, there shall be no retention levied by the hotel.
45 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of one night deposit inclusive of taxes.
30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night deposit inclusive of taxes as retention.
Individual rooms less than 7 days before check-in date or incase of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the individual 100% retention for the entire booking period.
